Thee Puzzle offers an exceptional mirror and self-coaching companion to anyone looking to reflect on themselves, their life experiences and their current struggles. Through different "puzzle pieces", I can self-reflect and self-coach from the lens of different perspectives / belief patterns to better understand how I am currently thinking and feeling about a situation and how that affects the actions that I take. Through highly relatable stories, I can easily experience how we can shift these perspectives/beliefs into more helpful and constructive patterns and right away notice how that affects my overall experience in a specific situation. Thee Puzzle is such a great framework for anyone willing to take the time to take an honest look at themselves and their current circumstances.

I wish more companies would offer this tool to their employees. It really helped us: we are able to talk about the elephant in the room, and have adult conversations about it. There is no problem we can't solve, and accordingly no good reason to burnout!
