
Terms & Conditions
The Puzzle is one of the proprietary brands of ROCC GmbH.
ROCC GmbH is a Swiss registered company operating under Swiss Law under the number CHE-369.363.626
The following terms and conditions are deemed reviewed and accepted by each subscriber of Thee Puzzle ("the Customer"):
1. The Customer understands that Thee Puzzle is not a solution that can be substituted to professional medical support or medical treatment.
2. Thee Puzzle commits on
- providing state of the art content to the Customer
- making this content available 24/24 and 7/7
- supporting the Customer on the Chat and in the weekly live calls, to ensure all questions are answered and the Customer can make the most of Thee Puzzle
3. For the Crazy guarantee to apply, the Customer needs to commit on being actively involved with Thee Puzzle the program. This active involvement is defined as follows:
- to log in regularly on the platform - and no less than once every week for the first 6 months of the subscription
- to consistently practice the tips that are available on the platform, actively introducing a minimum of 1 tip per month into your life all along the subscription
- to take the surveys available on Thee Puzzle website, and assess your progress in good faith - taking minimum one survey per month
- to share its wins and difficulties on the Forum and on the live calls - so we can address and solve them together
- to assess where you stand on the Resilience Scale at least once a month - and so until a 4 out 5 is achieved.
The objective behind this guarantee is to ensure that both the Customer and Thee Puzzle will do everything possible to help the Customer build an unbreakable mind. It is clear for the parties that the objective is not to obtain some money back or take money, rather stop the negative impact stress and uncertainty have on the Customer's life.
After 12 months of consistent practice as defined above, if in good faith the Customer is still not a 4 on the Resilience Scale, then the Customer is entitled to ask for a full refund.
The Resilience rating is based on the Resilience Survey and survey results collected throughout the program.
For the sake of clarity, if within his/her subscription the Customer reaches a 4 or 80% with either the Resilience Scale or Baseline Survey, then the Crazy guarantee will be void as the conditions have been met.
The request to be reimbursed is only valid if placed during the course of the month following the end of the 12 months subscription, and provided that the above conditions have been met. The guarantee does not apply prior to the expiration of the 12 months, as both parties will do everything in their power and as long as there is time - to reach the objective to stop the negative impact stress and uncertainty brings.
3. The Customer agrees that Thee Puzzle will measure and track the above progress throughout the program, and authorizes Thee Puzzle to leverage this data for the sole purpose of best supporting the Customer (cf. our data policy).
4. The Crazy guarantee solely applies to the first 12 months subscription of a Customer.
5. In case of a dispute, the parties will discuss in good faith and find a solution.
