Who is behind THEe PUZZLE?

One morning, shortly before my 30s birthday, my Dad called at 6am: my Mum had died in a tragic accident. 

Soon after, I discovered I needed fertility treatments. For 8 years, I had to live with the doubts, the guilt, the anger, the sadness - of not knowing whether I would ever be a mum. 

And as it was a lot to carry, I lost myself into an intense career - ending up drained and on the edge of burnout. 


For 15 years, I researched and experimented myself various solutions to prevent stress from controlling my life. 

And could not really find one that met all my needs.


Beyond learning about stress, I became passionate about connecting the dots, end to end. Across science*, covering the whole spectrum from theory to concrete examples, from root causes to solutions. 


THEe PUZZLE is about learning from the inside, and applying what works. We target specific situations, and interview people who went through it. We tell real-life stories, and show that a way out is possible. With that opening in hand, we then give you the simple tools for you make it happen - calm, self confidence, stop overthinking and emotions regulation.


With a full schedule, I naturally created an online solution to use at odd times. I also wanted a personalized approach with tangible and quick results, and being autonomous in changing my future.
