Xeniya's Introduction
Hello everyone! I have been on a journey from academia into industry since I finished my PhD in 2022. I have done two internships in Ref. Affairs and since January of 2025 I am in permanent role in the Compliance team with CSL Behring. Going through the training here with Thee Puzzle has helped me define my professional goals, communicate more effectively, and, I believe, made a difference in my transition into a permanent role. It has been a great start of the the new year so far!

Introducing Prachee
Hello,I am Prachee an Implementation Consultant in the healthcare industry. I have been in this industry for 13 years now. Puzzle has helped me to analyse my behavior and push back when there is a burn out. I struggled to do so for ages and was finally able to say 'No' after I gained the confidence. Thank you. Are there any other similar experiences here ?

Introducing Rachel
My name is Rachel, and I'm the CEO and Founder of Thee Puzzle.
I was born in a little village in the French Alps, and now home is Basel, Switzerland.
I like best spend time with people I love. And when I don't and am not working, you'll probably find me taking care of the garden, or reading a good book with biscuits and a cup of tea!
What brought me here is that I have gone through a lot - burnout, fertility treatments, job loss among others. And that could not just "be it". I decided that I would put what I learned at your service, because there are a lot more reasons to live a great life than struggle!
