Join an exclusive experience with 20 other women only, who will also become your supportive community.
Learn during 4 online workshops of 1h30 concrete solutions to prevent burnout.

Meet from 12 to 13.30pm CET on 12/03, 18/06, 10/09 and 10/12; to go through the following program:
- March – Avoid burnout: Discover how you feel and think, and how to evolve what is triggering you to burnout.
- June – Biohacking for women: optimize sleep, mood, nutrition, emotional balance, and hormones. Science-based & natural
- September – Living according to your natural cycles: learn how to tune into your monthly cycle as your energy source for life and business.
- December – The art of mastering difficult conversations: Learn how to step up and set up limits, plus enhance your emotional intelligence.
